Many of you know my story. I had the mindset of an entrepreneur and though it took years of struggling, I eventually built a business that I sold for millions to Bill Gates. That was an incredible amount of hard work and effort, a mindset growth that led to great success.

My attitude, throughout all of my life that has been that, if I worked very, very hard, I could achieve my goals and dreams. It is motivation and drive that have moved me forward in my career and life. Even now, in my role as the Growth Architect and founder of the Women’s Code, I work long hours and, frankly, maybe harder than I should.

As someone in the business world, it’s crucial to note that your mindset makes a world of difference. To an extent, your attitude and mindset dictate your reality and future. If you want success, you need to grow your mindset and adopt a winning attitude. Too many people ignore this, chalking it off as too “spiritual.” But that’s far from the truth.

In this week’s video you’ll learn that I too am growing as I delve more about how important mindset growth can be to see better results in both life and business.I’ll explain where I’ve found guidance and challenge you to do the ‘Mindset Diet’ as well!

I hope you check this out to understand how to harness your mindset growth for your own benefit. And if you do accept my challenge, I’d love for you to send me an update of your results, too. Let’s make a positive impact together.
