You may have the luxury of extra time now, during the pandemic, because you are at home so much. Or you may be completely crazed as you try to work at home, care for a family and keep up with everything.

Whether your current situation is either of those extremes or something in between, you’ve probably had thoughts about how to make changes in your life. It is not a surprise. When any of us (or all of us) experience big events that are out of our control and when all our life communities (work, neighborhood, school, family whatever) are being slammed by unpredictable forces, we search for the best response.

Often, we decide that there are ways we want to change ourselves and our lives to better respond to the different world we suddenly inhabit. Yet most of us find that making life changes can be difficult and unsuccessful. The hardest part of this may be committing to a change.

In this video, Ramon and I talk about how to make changes in life. Why do you make a change? And what happens then? What is the process? Where are the critical junctures that make a life change possible? How do you do this in a way that ensures success– that makes that change permanent?

Take the time to watch the video because I think it will help you in these turbulent times. If you think it helps you understand and maybe even take steps toward YOUR life changes, that is fabulous! And, if it does help you, please ‘Like’ it so that others will watch it and get the same benefit.
