Yes, it is that time of the year again. It is time for setting personal goals and for effective goal setting in the workplace!

Here we are at the beginning of a new year AND a new decade. If that doesn’t make you think it is time to ‘check in’ with how you are doing, nothing will. And, like most of us, you will inventory how both your personal and work life is going compared to what you think you want and find room for improvement.

It starts with setting goals. The data is obvious. People who set goals are more likely to achieve them. My experience—both for myself and the many people I coach, train and counsel—is that these goals should be simple. If you over complicate it, you will often end up frustrated and feeling like you’ve wasted your time or, worse, your efforts. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

I’ve developed a plan for what I call Super Simple Goal setting that takes all the guesswork out of your goal setting process. And, even better, I will share this with you AND help you through this process LIVE in my Super Simple 30-minute complimentary jam session on January 8th. Watch this very quick video to learn more and find out how to register for this free session or head on over to SuperSimpleGoals.com. Watch the video below to learn more.

Do it now so that you are ready for 2020 and have your simple, achievable goals in place as you get back to work and play. Oh, and share the link to the video with others around you so that they ALSO set super simple goals and everyone you know has a happier and more productive year. They will all thank you for the tip!

See you on the 8th.
