What is mental toughness? How does one develop this trait? There are several ways to cultivate mental toughness in yourself. And as we go through this pandemic together, being mentally tough can help you make the best out it and possibly help those around you as well.

In movies, books, and other media, being mentally tough is often characterized as a positive trait. These characters are usually the ‘good guys’ and no matter what is thrown at them, they find a way to conquer their fears. And true enough, they succeed in the end.

In this video, I’ll be covering precisely what mental toughness is and why you need it. Where should you focus your energy? What will drag you down? Are there things you are doing that make you feel good in the short term but are a waste of good energy? How you can build a tough mindset to help you thrive especially in this current situation?

Just like a muscle, mental toughness has to be built. There’s always room to strengthen your mindset, and you should always be trying to do so. If you find this video helpful, please make sure to subscribe to The Women’s Code channel to get the latest videos related to this content.
