Each January I select a word that will rule all my decision making for the year. After much contemplation, my word for 2018 is: IMPACT. It’s time to make a bigger impact by reaching more women and the businesses that support them. As my friend Pattie Grimm says: Let’s Kick Some Glass.
To make an impact, we need to collaborate with others. And that’s exactly what Pattie and I did.
Here are some of the topics we covered in the spirited interview:
- Why do Millennial women believe inequality isn’t their problem?
- What can men do in the wake of #MeToo?
- Are men required to break the men’s code if they want to support women?

We are seeing a massive push toward equality and women are speaking up about what many of us have endured for decades.
